Visas for Iraqis

Safrat is an Iraqi travel company with an office in Baghdad — Zayouna, Rabee Street. We handle both inbound and outbound travel: flights, hotels, visas and other travel services. You can visit us in person or deal with us entirely online.

The price you see includes everything with nothing added at checkout, our team reviews your documents before submission and tells you exactly what to fix, and you track your request from your account without calling anyone. And we are an Iraqi team — you deal with us in your own dialect.

Five steps: add the travellers and their dates of birth, upload the required documents, fill in your details, review your order summary, then pay. Documents are uploaded before payment, not after, and the Safrat team reviews them before submitting to the official authority.

At step two, before payment. Your order page shows every document required for each traveller, and you can upload, replace or preview it there. Processing only begins once all documents are uploaded correctly and in their designated fields.

Some visas have age bands with different prices. The Dubai and UAE visa, for example, is $84 for travellers aged 15 and over and $48 for children under 15. That is why we ask for each traveller's date of birth before showing you the total.

Each visa shows its processing time before purchase, and the clock starts once your documents are complete. Times are in working days — the submission day and the Friday and Saturday holidays are not counted. Our fastest is one working day for the express Jordan visa, and our longest is 14 days for the Umrah visa.

We accept local and international payment cards, with no additional fees on the displayed amount. Payment is the final step, after you review your order summary.

All current visa plans are non-cancellable and non-refundable once submitted. Each plan's policy is shown on its page and in your order summary before payment — review it at step four before you continue.

We show you the decision and its reason on your order page. For all current visa plans, the processing fees paid are non-refundable if the application is rejected — which is why our team reviews your documents before submission to reduce that risk. You can submit a new application if you wish.
