Laws and Regulations Related to Entry Visas

Below we present the laws and regulations you must pay attention to before setting your travel date.

A traveler cannot leave the country if their passport is not valid for more than six months (exactly 180 days).

The traveler must pay the departure fees as well as the travel tax, and is also responsible for following up on matters related to ensuring there is no travel ban against them.

The passport must be registered in English letters; otherwise, the traveler will be responsible for the consequences of any errors and for paying the fine.

If you have renewed your passport after purchasing a flight ticket, please send a copy of the new passport to the Safarat support team via Safarat’s email so that you do not encounter any problems.

Some travelers who intend to travel abroad receive their flight ticket from the company less than 24 hours before the flight, so it is preferable to coordinate with the airline in order to receive the ticket at least 48 hours before the flight.

Travel to the majority of foreign countries requires an entry visa, and it is essential that the traveler review the visa regulations of the countries they intend to visit as well as transit countries (countries where the traveler stops for only a few hours in order to continue their journey). If the traveler is not well informed about these regulations, they can seek advice from the Safarat support team.

Another important note regarding passports is that travelers are permitted to stay in transit countries for only eight hours through airlines, and this stay is generally permitted by Asian, American, and European countries.

All travelers on flights that stop in the Schengen area and then proceed to countries other than Schengen member states must obtain a Schengen transit visa, even if the final intended destination does not require an entry visa. In the event of not holding a transit visa, the traveler will be held responsible.

If a traveler has obtained a tourist visa for one of the Schengen countries, they may only enter the specific country for which they received the entry visa, and not all countries within the Schengen area.

Flights heading to the United States are not permitted to stop in Canada.

Flights heading to Canada are not permitted to stop in the United States.

Travelers on flights heading to South America and Central America must obtain a transit visa if the aircraft stops in the Schengen area or the United Kingdom.

Important note: Travelers on flights that make two stops in Europe before heading to the United States or Canada must obtain a transit visa.

Travelers on flights heading to Europe do not need a UK transit visa; this is only required in the event of a stopover in London.

Flight tickets are not accepted for travelers who spend more than ten hours in transit in Dubai, and they must proceed to issue a new travel ticket; however, travelers who stay in Dubai for ten hours or less as a transit country, or whose final destination is the UAE, have not encountered any problems with travel.
