Hotel booking is one of the features offered by Safaraat. You can search for your preferred hotel and its specifications through the Safaraat website. Safaraat offers the ability to book from among 500,000 hotels in various regions of the world, making it easy for you to compare prices and book a hotel. Once you have chosen your preferred hotel, all you need to do is click the payment button to complete the payment electronically and securely. In the past, a traveller had to go through the trouble of searching for hotels from the moment they arrived at the airport — they had to hire a car and visit several hotels in the city to choose their preferred hotel based on their budget and the services the hotel offered. But now you can book your favourite hotels and learn about the services they offer through descriptions and photos, and book your preferred hotel electronically.

You can click the hotel booking button at the top of the page to open a new hotel booking page. After entering the name of your chosen destination or your preferred hotel, please select the date, and the website will display the hotels available for booking at the selected time. There are many different types of hotels, including luxury hotels with multiple star ratings and standard hotels referred to as guesthouses, as well as apartments, boutique hotels, and traditional hotels, all of which can be found by searching on the Safaraat website.
One of the important points that must be noted before paying booking costs is to read the hotel booking rules carefully, the details of which are set out below.
Hotel Booking Cancellation Process
A hotel booking can be cancelled, but attention must be paid to the rules agreed upon at the time of booking, as each hotel has its own rules regarding cancellation — some deduct an amount from the money paid for the hotel booking and then refund the remainder. The cancellation penalty for a hotel booking depends on the rules and regulations of the hotel in question. Some hotels deduct a percentage of the amount previously paid and then refund the rest. Please contact the Safaraat support team to carry out a hotel booking cancellation.
Hotel Booking and the Ages of Family Members
The hotel booking rate for children under the age of 12 who do not require a dedicated bed is usually much lower than the rate for adults, or their entry to the rooms will be free of charge.
This varies depending on your chosen destination. If your travel destination is one of the most popular tourist destinations and you wish to book during peak travel seasons, it is best to book the hotel early — at least one month or three weeks in advance.
General Rules for Booking Foreign Hotels
- Since traveller details cannot be amended or changed after the booking and payment process, the traveller must cancel the booking and rebook in order to update their details. It is recommended that details and information be entered accurately. If the traveller’s details differ between their passport and the hotel booking voucher, the hotel will be unable to accept the traveller.
- The hotel booking voucher is assigned solely to the traveller whose details were registered on the website and cannot be used for another traveller. If there is no match between the traveller’s details and the details registered on the website, the hotel will be unable to accept the traveller.
- All hotel rooms may be booked by other guests during the booking and payment process. If this occurs after the traveller has paid the hotel costs, the amount will be returned to the traveller’s account so they can book another hotel. Accordingly, a deduction from the account does not mean that the hotel voucher has been issued in final form, and in the event of a booking withdrawal, the amount will be returned to the account from which the costs were deducted.
- Check-in and check-out times vary according to the rules and regulations of the booked hotel. The traveller must check the hotel’s check-in time carefully before booking and must inform and coordinate with the hotel reception if they need to check in before the specified time or leave the hotel after the specified time.
- Hotel booking conditions differ for adults and children. The traveller must carefully review the hotel’s booking conditions for children before proceeding with the booking and payment. Otherwise, hotel management may refuse entry to persons exceeding the capacity registered at the time of check-in.
- The hotel booking date cannot be changed; a new booking must be made at the new conditions and rate if a date change is requested.
- Hotel bookings for persons who have not reached the legal age and who intend to stay alone are subject to the rules and regulations of the hotel and the country of stay. If the traveller fails to observe the hotel’s rules relating to age conditions for accommodation — which have their own specific rules regarding children’s age requirements — the traveller shall bear full responsibility.
- Safaraat is not responsible for bookings made by persons who are prohibited from travelling or who face entry restrictions upon arrival at their destination by local authorities.
- Guest check-in time at hotels is usually 2:00 p.m. If a traveller wishes to vacate the room and check out after midnight for any reason, they must notify the hotel reception and make arrangements before that time. Otherwise, the hotel may consider the booking invalid and cancel it entirely.
- The hotel booking covers room reservations based on the number of nights and the number of guests. Airport transfers, parking, and city transportation are not included in the hotel booking. Use of the safe deposit box, minibar, swimming pool, sauna, and childcare services is generally subject to additional charges payable by guests.
- If the traveller causes damage to the hotel, they are liable for the penalty. The full cost of such damage will be collected from the traveller. Some hotels collect a deposit amount from guests so that, should any damage occur, the penalty can be deducted from that amount.
- Please note that it is necessary for the traveller to carry an international credit card when checking into some hotels in order to pay the deposit, city taxes, and other hotel charges. The traveller must read all the rules and regulations relating to the hotel booking before paying the booking costs.
- Hotels whose booking details show a “non-refundable” status cannot have their booking changed or cancelled under any circumstances, and in the event of cancellation, the costs paid cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
- After the payment and confirmation process is completed, the hotel booking is finalised and the hotel voucher is sent to the traveller’s email address. It is essential that the traveller present the hotel booking voucher along with valid identity documents upon check-in at the hotel.
- If the hotel refuses to accept the traveller despite the presentation of a valid booking voucher and for reasons other than those mentioned, the traveller must contact the Safaraat support team so that the issue can be resolved as quickly as possible. In the event that the hotel does not accept the traveller, Safaraat will suggest an alternative hotel with the same star rating as the previously booked hotel. If the traveller does not wish to change hotels, the amount previously received will be refunded to the traveller.
- The traveller is required to comply with the laws, regulations, and ethical principles of the country of stay. The traveller will be held responsible for the consequences of violating laws or carrying medication or items that are considered illegal to carry in the country of stay.
- Triple rooms vary according to hotel conditions. Triple rooms may contain three standard beds or two standard beds and one extra bed. Room size and floor selection are subject to the hotel’s conditions and circumstances at the time of check-in.
- An amount is collected from travellers as tourism and city taxes, etc., for each night of their stay. The traveller is responsible for paying these charges.
- All hotel-related information displayed on the website — such as rooms, restaurant, hotel map, airport transfer services, internet, sauna, swimming pool, taxes, cleaning fees, breakfast, meals, and hotel facilities — is all received from the hotels themselves, and the hotel is responsible for the accuracy of those detailed particulars.
- Hotel-related information appearing on the Safaraat website has been provided to Safaraat by the hotels or their intermediaries. This information may be general in nature and may not be precisely specific with regard to the location of those hotels, facilities, room services, maps, photos, and costs, which may be subject to updates. Safaraat endeavours to make every effort to provide the most accurate and correct data and information, but at the same time is not responsible for information and data received from hotels or their intermediaries. The traveller can contact the support team via the numbers available on the website to obtain further information.
- Hotel information is verified by the hotels themselves. This information includes the star rating, number of rooms, cancellation policies, and room capacity, and the hotel is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
- In the event of problems with the booking system, security reasons, a booking date conflict with another person’s booking, or pricing errors, the booking will be cancelled and the costs returned to the traveller. Safaraat is not responsible for these changes and will not undertake to provide an alternative hotel.
- No fee is charged for the first cancellation of a hotel booking voucher; however, a penalty applies to the cancellation of a hotel booking voucher from the second cancellation onwards, in accordance with the declared booking conditions.
